Structural Design
Top Layer: Typically made of soft, skin-friendly materials such as chemical fiber hot-air fabric and viscose fiber layer. The chemical fiber hot-air fabric provides a soft touch while keeping the top layer dry, and the viscose fiber layer serves to absorb and guide the flow, quickly directing menstrual blood into the absorbent core.
Flow Guide Absorption Section and Lift Section: Located in the middle of the top layer, the flow guide absorption section extends backward to form the lift section, both constructed from chemical fiber hot-air fabric and viscose fiber layers. The flow guide absorption section usually has flow guide seams that direct menstrual blood, allowing it to accumulate in the inner cavity for absorption by the absorbent core. The lift section can be adjusted by the user according to personal needs to better fit the gluteal cleft and prevent posterior leakage.
Absorbent Core: Includes upper and lower layers of soft non-woven fabric and an absorbent core placed between them. The absorbent core consists of a cross-fiber layer and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) beads. The cross-fiber layer is typically a fluffy mesh layer made by hot-pressing plant fibers arranged in a crisscross pattern, with SAP beads embedded within it. This structure gives the absorbent core high strength, maintaining good structural integrity after absorbing menstrual blood, and resisting breakage, clumping, and shifting.
Backsheet: Features good breathability and leak-proof properties, preventing menstrual blood from seeping through while allowing air circulation to reduce stuffiness.
3D Protective Wings and Elastic Leak-Proof Edges: The top layer has 3D protective wings on both sides, with the inner side connected to the top layer and the outer side suspended above it. Inside, there is a floating core containing an absorption cavity, floating sheets, and SAP beads, significantly enhancing the absorption capacity of the 3D wings and effectively preventing side leakage. Elastic leak-proof edges are also placed between the 3D wings and the top layer, with built-in elastic bands, allowing the wings to better conform to the skin and further improve side leakage prevention.
Functional Features
Excellent Leak Protection: The unique lift structure, combined with the flow guide absorption section, fits well with the body's gluteal cleft, guiding and gathering menstrual blood to accumulate excess fluid in the inner cavity, effectively preventing side and posterior leakage. Users can adjust the height of the lift section to further enhance posterior leakage protection.
Strong Absorption Performance: The high-strength absorbent core, with its cross-fiber layer and SAP bead composite design, enables the sanitary napkin to absorb quickly and hold a large volume, rapidly taking in menstrual blood, keeping the top layer dry, and avoiding overflow.
High Comfort: The materials are soft and skin-friendly, causing no irritation to the skin. Additionally, the lift design can be adjusted based on individual needs to better adapt to different body postures and activities, reducing shifting and discomfort during use and improving wearing comfort.
